We begin with a video call to understand your jewellery, its sentimental value and what you'd love it to become.
quotation & design
Holly talks through your design options with you and puts together a tailored quote for your remodel. A 50% deposit secures your commission.
Stone Assessment & CAD Design
Holly assesses your existing stones and sources any new materials needed, then brings your design to life in a detailed CAD model. Nothing goes into production until you've approved the final design.
prototype model
A resin model of your design is made next, so you can see and feel the proportions before it's crafted in precious metal.
Handcrafted & Delivered
Your redesigned piece is then individually handcrafted in the UK, checked by Holly for quality and delivered ready to be worn and treasured for years to come.
INVESTING IN A JEWELLERY REMODEL
Every jewellery remodel is individually designed and handcrafted based on your existing gemstones, chosen metal, and the complexity of the redesign.
Remodelling projects typically begin from £1,500 depending on the design and materials involved.

JEWELLERY CARE & SERVICES
In addition to bespoke jewellery remodels, we also offer a range of professional services to care for, restore and maintain your jewellery.
Ring Spa
All jewellery purchased from Holly Robinson Jewellery is eligible for a complimentary Ring Spa every 12 months.
This includes a full inspection to ensure gemstones and settings remain secure, along with a professional deep clean to restore brilliance and sparkle.
Appointments typically take around 20 minutes and must be pre-booked, or items can be securely sent to the studio.
Refurbishment & Ring Resizing
Jewellery can be professionally refurbished within our workshops to restore its original finish and appearance.
This service includes steam cleaning gemstones and diamonds, careful repolishing of the metal and optional rhodium plating for white gold pieces.
Refurbishment begins from £65 inc VAT
Ring resizing begins from £85 inc VAT
Jewellery Repairs
Where possible, we also carry out repairs to jewellery not originally purchased from Holly Robinson Jewellery.
Services may include claw repairs, stone tightening, chain repairs and general restoration.
All repair work requires pre-booking or items to be sent to the studio for assessment.
