Do you offer virtual consultations? Yes. We offer discovery calls via Zoom for clients across the UK, allowing us to begin the jewellery remodel process wherever you are based.
What happens during the discovery call? During your discovery call, we’ll discuss your jewellery, ideas, timelines and investment level while guiding you through the bespoke remodel process in a relaxed and informative way.
Is there any obligation after the discovery call? Not at all. The discovery call is simply an opportunity to discuss your ideas, ask questions and explore whether we’re the right fit for your jewellery remodel project.

JEWELLERY CARE & SERVICES
In addition to bespoke jewellery remodels, we also offer a range of professional services to care for, restore and maintain your jewellery.
Ring Spa
All jewellery purchased from Holly Robinson Jewellery is eligible for a complimentary Ring Spa every 12 months.
This includes a full inspection to ensure gemstones and settings remain secure, along with a professional deep clean to restore brilliance and sparkle.
Appointments typically take around 20 minutes and must be pre-booked, or items can be securely sent to the studio.
Refurbishment & Ring Resizing
Jewellery can be professionally refurbished within our workshops to restore its original finish and appearance.

This service includes steam cleaning gemstones and diamonds, careful repolishing of the metal and optional rhodium plating for white gold pieces.

Ring resizing begins from £85 inc VAT

Jewellery Repairs
Where possible, we also carry out repairs to jewellery not originally purchased from Holly Robinson Jewellery.
Services may include claw repairs, stone tightening, chain repairs and general restoration.
All repair work requires pre-booking or items to be sent to the studio for assessment.
