HOW IT WORKS
The bespoke journey is one you can choose your level of involvement in. We can keep you up to date throughout or contact you when your piece is ready for delivery. Each piece of bespoke jewellery will have its own individual journey to creation however most have the same 7 stages:
DISCOVERY CALL OR EMAIL
Whether it is for your engagement ring or wedding bands a quick phonecall or a few emails is a great way for me to establish the most important factors for you and to ensure we can fulfill & even exceed your expectations.

INITIAL MEETING OR ZOOM
Arranged in a location convenient to you; whether that is at my office or over facetime within 30min to 1 hour we can start to plan your bespoke jewellery.

DESIGN BOARD & QUOTE
With a full understanding of your 'non-negotiables', I will create a design board of inspiration and provide a fully comprehensive quote inclusive of diamonds, gemstones, materials, delivery & VAT.
At this stage, I do ask for a 50% deposit to start your bespoke journey with Holly Robinson Jewellery. Terms & Conditions of bespoke orders can be found here.
DIAMOND & GEMSTONE SELECTION
With strict criteria of your chosen elements, I will sort and source through hundreds of diamonds and gemstones to fulfill your order. Diamond & Gemstone selection mostly takes place before ring creation to ensure that the ring is made perfectly to fit your stones.
3D DRAWINGS OR CAD
Creating a 3d drawing of your ring to help visualise the final piece. Sent via email with the option to tweak as your wish; your bespoke piece of jewellery starts coming to life!
PROTOTYPE MODEL
Sent discretely direct to you; the prototype resin model is available for most bespoke creations. Whether you want to imagine your proposal with a physical replica of the real thing or just want to try on your wedding ring model next to your current engagement ring this gives you a great insight into what to expect.
PRODUCT CREATION
Finally, your piece is ready! Delivered to you securely and accompanied by diamond certification and a complimentary valuation for insurance.

FAQS BESPOKE
WHEN TOÂ GET IN TOUCH
The full bespoke package varies in length of time depending on the stone choices and complexity of the design. However, I always suggest we start initial discussions around 3 months before your planned proposal and 6 months before your wedding day.
COST
Bespoke pricing is not charged at a premium! In fact, I find that working on a bespoke-only basis I am able to offer more flexible pricing options to clients. On average engagement, rings start from around £2000 and bespoke wedding rings from £1500.
HOW TO PREPARE
Whether you have an exact idea in mind or no clue where to start; take advantage of my decade of experience when it comes to designing your perfect piece. Clients often send me screenshots or photos of designs they like elements of... I will never say no to a sneaky Pinterest board either!
IS BESPOKE FOR ME?
There are three reasons why my clients choose to 'go bespoke:'

2. There have specific particulars they really want and can't find them in their local traditional jewellers. (Think diamond size, quality or specialist gemstone)
