Hiring Roles

Anchor 1

Administrative Assistant - 2 Roles
Part Time & Full Time Position Available

  • Part Time 25 hours, Full Time 37 hours.

  • Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Cirencester office

  • Contract: Part-time x 1 and Full Time x 1

  • Salary: £24,000 per year pro rata

From managing client communications and scheduling consultations to keeping projects organised and systems up to date, your work will help create space for growth and creativity within the brand.

Attention to detail runs through everything we do; from how a bespoke design begins to how a finished piece is gift wrapped and delivered to each client. You’ll help maintain that standard across the studio, managing supplies, preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring each item is handled securely and with absolute discretion.

You’ll need to be proactive, self-sufficient and happy to take ownership of your tasks. The right person will naturally create more opportunity for themselves as the role develops.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, social media enquiries, and phone calls (when in the Cirencester office) with clients

  • Supporting Holly with diary organisation, scheduling and daily prioritisation

  • Maintaining client records, spreadsheets, and project timelines

  • Preparing invoices, quotes and client correspondence with accuracy and care

  • Liaising with suppliers and tracking deliveries

  • Helping to keep the Cirencester office running efficiently day to day

About You

  • Naturally organised, dependable and calm under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional tone

  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, and Dropbox, with training provided for FreeAgent and Lightroom

  • Proactive and capable of managing priorities independently

  • Takes genuine pride in maintaining order and ensuring everything runs smoothly

  • Understands what luxury service means - building relationships with clients through care, trust and discretion rather than transaction

What We Offer

  • Flexible daytime hours

  • Hybrid working, with 2 office days per week in Cirencester

  • A calm, supportive environment where your initiative is valued

  • Training and development as the role grows

  • Staff discount on bespoke jewellery

  • Paid holiday entitlement and pension contributions

  • Free on-site parking

How to Apply

If this sounds like the kind of role where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you.

Please email your CV and a short cover note telling us a little about yourself and what appeals to you about working with Holly Robinson Jewellery to holly@hollyrobinsonjewellery.com

We’re recruiting as part of the next stage of growth for Holly Robinson Jewellery and we are focused on finding the right person rather than filling the position as soon as possible.

The role needs to be the right fit for you too, so we welcome questions and encourage open conversations throughout the interview process.

We’re looking for someone thoughtful organised and genuinely interested in the brand, so please take a moment to make your application personal - generic submissions won’t be shortlisted.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with a start date of January 2026.
